The Soprano Titanium Laser hair removal method is unlike any other laser hair removal treatment. The Alexandrite 755nm – This wavelength is used to target an extensive range of hair colours and types, including thin hair and hair that is light in colour, and can even address embedded hair.

This treatment can be used on all skin types. However, prior to your treatment, we will take a full medical history to confirm suitability for the treatment. You will also be asked to give informed consent. The procedure, its benefits and potential side effects will be explained to you. During this time, you are most welcome to ask any questions you may have. You will be provided with verbal or written after care instructions. You may find Soprano Titanium hair removal virtually pain-free. The system we use at Eden MediSpa is the latest and best in the industry, and has contact cooling to reduce discomfort. Following your treatment your skin may be a little red, resembling a mild sunburn, but this should pass quickly. We will advise you on the best ways to reduce this. Depending on the size of the treated area, each session can take from 5 to 30 minutes.

Everyone is different, and many of our clients see a significant reduction in hair growth from the first treatment – up to 50% after three treatment sessions. At Eden MediSpa, treatments are performed using industry-leading technology. However, although we can offer successful treatments to a huge range of skin tone and hair colours, we unfortunately are unable to treat grey hair.

Laser hair removal targets the hair during the active growth phase. Because hair grows in ‘cycles’, you may require between six to eight treatments, timed 4-6 weeks apart to achieve the desired, hair free result. However, you will notice hair growth is finer even from the first treatment.

You will experience very little or no ‘downtime’, which means that there will be almost no visible evidence of your treatment. Redness usually disappears within a couple of hours.

• A sun screen (SPF 50) should be used on all sun exposed parts post-treatment
• Hair regrows at different rates on different areas of the body. New growth may not occur for up to 3 weeks after the treatment. For one to two weeks following your treatment, you will notice shedding of the treated hair.
• Do not wax, use electrolysis, pluck, or thread as it will disturb the hair follicle at the treatment area for 4-6 weeks after the treatment. You may shave, trim the hair, or use depilatories.
