HArmonyCA with Dr Charné

HArmonyCA is a dual effect hybrid injectable that contains Calsiumhydroxyappetite (CaHA)
and hyaluronic acid (HA).
It improves skin architecture by providing an immediate lift effect due to HA and a sustained
lifting effect from new collagen production due to CaHA.
This product has dual effects and therefore we can say: one syringe, many benefits.

This treatment is indicated for patients with loss of volume and structural support in the
face. The lifting and countering effect of the product causes Facial soft tissue augmentation.
The two active ingredients are:

1. Crosslinked HA gel – found in fillers, gives an immediate lifting, volumising and
   contouring effect and works deep in the skin in the dermis.
2. Calcium hydroxyappetite - which supports the body’s own natural collagen
   production over time forming a scaffolding around the filler that stimulates collagen
   and elastin with time.

Newly formed collagen fibres may be present as early as one week following treatment. It is used in the lateral part of the face to enhance the cheek bone and jawline and create a lift effect.

The result will be immediate definition and lift with a glow in the skin due to HA but also ongoing collagen stimulation with time.

It is injected with a cannula 1,25 ml per side superficially .

It can be repeated in 6-8 months if enhanced results is desired.

Lasts up to 18-24 months.

It is a Low risk treatment with the most common side effects being erythema, swelling, pain
tenderness.
